Layered Construction

The top layer has one of the highest vinyl contents on the market which is an incredibly tough, stain resistant surface.

The middle layer, which provides cushioning, is comprimised of recycled vinyl and fillers. The bulk of this recycled vinyl is trimmings and scrap obtained from the wall covering production line. This enables Lonseal the unique opportunity to recycle all vinyl waste by combining the production of both products under the same roof. The vast majority of single product vinyl manufacturers are limited in utilizing production line waste and must therefore pay to have this material removed from site and sent to landfills.

The third layer is a poly-fiber backing providing for superior adhesion and dimensional stability.
